Delivery Policy

We offer free nationwide delivery on orders over €800. As soon as your goods arrive at our warehouse, we will contact you to confirm a delivery date when we are in your locality and a time window that suits you. If you require a specific time, we can arrange a courier at an additional cost.

We will offer a three-hour timeframe, and our drivers will contact you 30 minutes before we arrive on a designated contact number.

On arrival, the delivery crew will unpack and assemble your furniture exactly where you want it. All packaging is removed from your home and taken away for recycling.

While our delivery drivers are experts in guiding your furniture through the tightest of spaces and most awkward of spots, sometimes furniture won’t fit on rare occasions. To avoid disappointment and the incurring of additional charges, please check access before ordering to ensure it fits – we can always offer guidance regarding access.
