    ORDERING FURNITURE

    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    While we have many pieces in stock, if you want something specially made, you need to consider lead times. Lead times will vary depending on the manufacturer — we can confirm an estimated time when you complete the purchase.

    If an item is marked in stock, am I getting the one on the floor?

    No, items marked in stock on our website or in-store will be delivered in their original packaging. Limited stock models are available for immediate delivery or coming into stock

    If it's on your website, does that mean I can see it in your store?

    Yes, the top image shown on the product page will be how it's shown in our store. We aim to show the majority of our online catalogue on display on our floor. However, there is much more in-store, so we always encourage you to make a trip.

    DELIVERY

    Do you offer furniture delivery?

    Yes, we offer FREE nationwide delivery for orders over €800, and we'll bring the furniture to the room of your choice. Please check access before ordering to ensure it fits.

    Can I arrange delivery on a day that I’ll be at home?

    As soon as your goods arrive at our warehouse, we will contact you to confirm a delivery date when we are in your locality and a time window that suits you. If you require a specific time, we can arrange a courier at an additional cost.

    What happens on the day of my furniture delivery?

    Our drivers will contact you 30 minutes before we arrive, on a designated contact number. On arrival, the delivery crew will unpack and assemble your furniture exactly where you want it. All packaging is removed from your home and taken away for recycling.

    PAYMENT

    How can I order and make a payment?

    You can order via phone, email or in person. A 30% deposit is required to process your order. The balance of the payment must be paid in full, two days before delivery. We will send you a text or email with a secure link to pay the balance. Alternatively, you can pay in-store, or we share our bank details, and you can transfer the payment.

    Why can’t I pay over the phone?

    For security reasons, we send you a secure link that means your financial information remains private and safe.

    What do I do if I have a complaint?

    GENERAL QUESTIONS

    Are your leather sofas all real leather?

    Every sofa in our store described as leather is made from 100% genuine leather.

    Are there other options available for my furniture?

    Yes, most furniture has a spec sheet. In many cases, tables can be bigger or smaller, and sofas can be made in fabric or leather, or ordered in a different configuration — please ask for more information.
